First scanned ticket gains entry, all copied or forged tickets are void and have no value, and no entry.  This event will not be cancelled due to weather conditions.  No outside alcohol allowed in accordance with OLCC rules. No guns, knives, or other weapons allowed unless the ticket holder is a sworn peace officer or officer of the court.  Safety of guests and staff may result in removal of anyone who is disorderly, disruptive, intoxicated, or a threat to others in any way, without refund or compensation.  Ticket holder agrees to the rules of the Pendleton Convention Center and agrees to being screened by security staff prior to entry.  Ticket holder agrees to hold harmless the city of Pendleton Oregon, Pendleton Bike Week, LLC, its staff, vendors, and agents.  Breach of the foregoing terminates this license without compensation.
